Welcome to 5 Stars Egypt Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start date of the tour. If the booking is made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by You:
    • More than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus the deposit.
    • 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Modifications: Requests for changes must be made as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Last-Minute Changes: Changes requested within 15 days of the tour start date may incur additional fees.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost baggage, and other potential losses.

5. Health and Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
  • Safety: Your safety is our priority, but travelers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour.

6. Passports and Visas

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and the appropriate visas for entry into Egypt. We can provide guidance but are not responsible for any issues related to passports or visas.

7. Conduct

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, adhering to local customs and regulations. We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

8. Liability

5 Stars Egypt Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. We are also not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, political events, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

9. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately to your tour guide or our customer service team to allow us to address the issue promptly.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
